Appointment requirements

• Grade 12
• At least 12 months’ administrative experience
• Computer literacy
• Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

Primary functions

• Provide all administrative support and assistance in the section  
• Provide assistance with maintaining all administrative support systems  
• Assist in the preparation and filing of all reports and other documentation
• Provide housing information to clients
• Attend to housing-related enquiries
• Maintain the filing system for the section
