Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Provide input into the development and implementation of effective Contractor Management;
• Compile Contractor Management reports as and when required;
• Support to maintain and review Contactor Management related controlled documents;
• Monitor and manage the Electronic Contractor Management System;
• Review quality and effectiveness of Contractor information;
• Keep Contractor profiles up to date in Contractor Management servers;
• Keep Contractor safety files up to date;
• Provide clerical support to ensure effective and accurate data management;
• Monitor and report on Contractor’s labour productivity;
• Perform monthly and quarterly audits to ensure that Contractor information comply to all aspects of the Contractors Management Framework.
• Organise bi-monthly contractor forums and prepare facilities for external audits  from National  Regulators.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with office administration / data management and SAP exposure.

Qualifications for this role are:

•  Grade 12;
•  Valid driver license;
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
