    Administrator: Corporate Travel and HR Finance

    The Department
    Also known as Business Partners, our skilled and friendly Human Resources department know and understand the business. We assist managers with all people related needs, ranging from administration, advice and assistance around policies and procedures, talent management, employee relations, training and development.
    From Optimising the corporate structure to Recruitment, On-boarding, Career Development, Talent Management and Team Building, we aim to grow and improve our business with tangible results.

    Purpose Of The Role
    We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated candidate with great Microsoft skills to join our travel team. The candidate will look after the daily invoicing of corporate travel bookings as well as scrutinise bookings for both accuracy, risk and quality control. There will be other Human Resource Finance Administration that the candidate would also be required to do.

    Duties Include, But Not Limited To

    • Weekly Credit Card Reconciliation and invoicing on Navision.
    • Daily Immigration Invoicing on Navision (SAQA, Translations, Visa Application Fees, CCMG, Couriers).
    • Quality Assurance of all bookings as well as sending out all travel confirmations in Outlook.
    • Issuing of Travel Insurance.
    • Full Excel Reporting on all travel including discounts received, corporate agreements used.
    • All other Travel Administration.
    • Assisting Human Resources Administrator

    Essential Criteria

    • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
    • 2-3 years’ experience in providing Travel administration support
    • 2-3 years’ reconciliation experience
    • Knowledge and experience using all MS Office applications with intermediate excel skills
    • Knowledge and experience in Corporate Travel Agreements
    • Knowledge and experience in Travel Insurance
    • Knowledge of Navision
    • Interpersonal skills
