Carter Renault Aftersales Administrator

• Carter is looking for an Aftersales Administrator to join our team in Springfield, Kwa-Zulu Natal.
• Carter is revolutionising the customer journey and experience to make new car buying hassle free and convenient driven by distinctive technology and data.
• The role is suited for a self-motivated, detailed-oriented individual that has good interpersonal skills and has the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly milestones set

• Bookings
• Warranty Loading and Claims
• Handle Follow up calls
• Assist with Clients on update of vehicle
• Follow up with client who has parts on back order
• This is a full-time role which requires 5 and half day work week. Interviews will be held in Springfield (Kwa-Zulu Natal)
• Only South Africans or individuals with an existing valid South African work permit need apply.

Minimum Requirements

• Candidates must have a Matric certificate or higher.

• Clear criminal and credit record

Salary

Basic Salary only.
