This role is key to enabling us to deliver to this.

    What You Will Be Doing

As an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organisation's People-related processes. By leveraging your expertise in data analytics, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our compensation and People strategies.

    • Develop expertise in compensation-related People processes and utilise your data analysis skills to introduce process efficiencies, such as improving data quality in source systems and integrating these enhancements within the People team's workflows.
    • Analyse trends, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations to drive process improvement.
    • Design and develop robust data models to serve as the foundation for People analytics and reporting.
    • Produce insightful management information (MI) data analyses and reports on various subjects, including performance review cycles, compensation, and attrition.
    • Participate in cyclical exercises, such as job matching, market data benchmarking, monthly budget vs. forecast reporting, and compensation review processes.
    • Deliver process management and actionable analytics in support of core compensation processes.
    • Provide compensation-related interpretation and guidance to the People team and the broader organisation.
    • Serve as a primary contact for reward and benefit inquiries, and collaborate with the People team to address compensation-related concerns.
    • Monitor local market trends to ensure that our compensation programs remain competitive and responsive to both corporate and local business unit requirements.
    • Conduct regular data audits to maintain the ongoing accuracy of our databases.
    • Manage and maintain internal compensation-related tools and resources.

By assuming this role, you will contribute significantly to our organisation's success by ensuring fair, competitive, and data-driven compensation practices across all departments.

    • A strong background in Business Analytics/Intelligence or a solid foundation in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or Actuarial Science, with an interest in applying these skills to Compensation and People Analytics.
    • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering or applied analytics. Experience in compensation analytics and leveraging both internal and external data sources for insights on pay equity and competitiveness is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated expertise in data modelling and proficiency in various statistical techniques for data analysis and interpretation.
    • Proficiency in relevant technical skills such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and support change in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
