Analyst: Revenue Assurance (Stellenbosch) at Capitec Bank

Purpose Statement

• As a Revenue Assurance analyst your main duties will include systematically analysing, quantifying, reconciling, and testing the accuracy and completeness of fee and interest transactions on the accounts of Capitec's retail banking clients in conformity with the bank’s approved and communicated product price schedules, using the appropriate business logic and the relevant banking and regulatory standards. This encompasses various products and services, including but not limited to the following revenue streams:
• Transactional banking services
• Loan products provided to retail bank clients, including term loans, credit cards, and access facilities.
• Flexible, fixed, and tax-free savings.
• Value-added services that empower clients to purchase prepaid mobile network services, electricity, national lottery tickets, vouchers, and facilitate bill payments through the banking application.
• Capitec Connect, a mobile virtual network operator utilizing the mobile network infrastructure of Cell C, offering a diverse range of its own products and services.

Experience
Min:

• Mathematical sciences Degree with 1 – 3 years’ experience in an analytical capacity, working in a dynamic, mathematically complex environment.
• Honours degree with 0 – 2 years of experience in an analytical capacity, working in a dynamic, mathematically complex environment.

Qualifications (Minimum)

• A relevant degree in Mathematical Sciences or Financial Management
