Job Description

• An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Architect – Application Development (ServiceNow) to join a global technology team.
• This role is ideal for a seasoned ServiceNow professional with extensive experience designing enterprise-scale solutions, leading technical teams, and driving platform architecture, governance, and best practices.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the development and enhancement of ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Drive CMDB governance, data quality, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and platform teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Design and implement Discovery, Service Mapping, and system integrations.
• Lead technical workshops, governance forums, and architecture reviews.
• Mentor and guide technical teams while promoting development best practices.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and platform performance metrics.
• Drive automation initiatives and continuous platform improvements.
• Support infrastructure roadmaps, platform integrations, and enterprise architecture initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years' experience working with ServiceNow in large enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB governance, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, SolarWinds, and other monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, infrastructure architecture, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving platform strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CMDB or Discovery) is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) is beneficial.
