You will work within a wide range of industries in the Private and/ or Public sectors covering various aspects of asset management. You will be responsible for the leading a team composed of Engineers and/ or Administrators to sucessfuly manage your clients asset management system. You will will be exposed to industry best practices for asset management and have access to extensive training material, to help you be the best you can be as a physical asset management specialist. Minimum Requirements
Relevant Tertiary Education | N Diploma. (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering).
1 to 3 years practical experience in mining/ consulting industries.
Applied knowledge of asset management and reliability engineering.
2-3 years management experience leading a team.
Proven application of Project Management methodology.
Advantageous: Minimum 1 years' experience in a On Key EAMS system.
Advantageous: Minimum 1 years' experience in an SAP PM environment.
Advantageous: Mining Experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Enabling and leading of AM resources to effectively deliver "Pragma Way" for clients.
Identifies areas for service delivery enhancement, cost reduction and production efficiency and lead the execution of improvement projects.
Monitor successful implementation of business processes.
Lead workshops to facilitate effective and relevant reporting of KPIs by team.
Deliver ad-hoc client support, training and projects.
Administrate the project(s) effectively.
Management of invoicing process to ensure accurate and time payment of services rendered.
