Assistant Director Administration Support Services at The Department of Employment and Labour

SALARY: R487 197 per annum, plus 37% in lieu of benefits

CENTRE: Unemployment Insurance Fund, Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS :   

• An undergraduate qualification in Public Administration /Public Management/ Business Administration/ Administrative Management /Government, Administration and Development/ Office Management at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA. Four (4) years, of which two (2) years must be functional experience and two (2) years at the Practitioner level in an Administration environment.
• Knowledge: Financial Management. Research and Document Analysis. Programme Management. Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA). Labour Relations (LRA)
• Skills: Decision making. Financial/ Budget Management. Communication (written and verbal). Conflict Management. Planning and organising. Problem solving. Project Management. Team leadership. Computer Literacy. Time Management. Analytical. Facilitation.

DUTIES:  

•  Coordinate all the parliamentary matters.
• Facilitate secretariat and executive administrative support to the office of the Commissioner.
• Coordinate stakeholder interface including meetings between the Commissioner and entity.
• Manage Resources (Human, Finance, Equipment/ Assets).
