A relevant NQF Level 6 of higher qualification in Social Work or Psychology as recognized by SAQA.
Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) as a Social Worker or the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Psychologist.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Employee Health & Wellness, of which three (3) years must be at lower management or supervisory level of 7/8 within the related field. decision-making aptitude.
