An NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA in Property Management/ Built Environment (town planning, quantity surveying, space planning services);
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities management environment of which at least three years should be at supervisory level; Knowledge and understanding of Government Immovable Assets Management Act (GIAMA);
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management framework, National Building Regulations, Frameworks on corporate performance and technical knowledge in spectrum of discipline within the Built Environment

Facilitate and monitor the expenditure for facilities management and strategy requirements;
Facilitate the development and implementation of User Asset Management Plan (UAMP);
Facilitate the processing of facilities management payments;
Facilitate special projects in the provincial facilities and the implementation of term contracts;
