An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) as recognized by SAQA in LLB/ B Proc/Social Sciences;
A minimum of 3 years’ experience of which at supervisory level; Knowledge of government prescripts, Public Finance Management Act, Public Service Act, Treasury Regulations and relevant governance prescripts; Knowledge and understanding of court processes.
