An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree/equivalent or higher) in Public Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Office Administration or Office Management; A minimum of 3 years relevant supervisory level experience.

Key Performance Areas
Render administrative support services: Supporting the manager with the administration of the budget. Communication and liaison: Liaise with National/Provincial/Local Government officials and the general public; Render personal support to the Head of Department; Collate and analyse information requested by the Head of Department; Provide support in the collection of data and execution of research; Handle specific documents of a very sensitive nature. Management and supervision: Perform the role of supervisor: Disciplining, performance management, mentoring and determining of workload of staff. Assist the manager in the execution of its inter and intra governmental responsibilities.
