Assistant Director: Job Design and Business Process Improvement
An appropriate, recognized three-year National Diploma/ Degree (NQF Level 6/7) qualification in Management Services/Production Management/ Operations Management/Organisational and Work-study/ Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Psychology plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an OD Practitioner role performing Job Design, Job evaluation and Business Process functions at a supervisory level and or at a post equivalent to salary level 8/7.
Job Evaluation Certificate and Business Process Management Certificate will be an added advantage.
Duties :
Coordinate and facilitate job analysis and evaluation for the department. Coordinate and facilitate development of job descriptions in the department.
Coordinate and facilitate business process management and functional analysis in the department.
Develop and map business processes. Coordinate and facilitate the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the Department.
Coordinate Organizational Functionality Assessment within the Department. Conduct Job description, Job evaluation and Business process advocacy sessions. Supervise staff.
