Assistant Director: Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
Grade 12 plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Public Management / Administration or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Performance monitoring and evaluation environment at a Supervisory level. A valid driver’s licence (with the exception of people with disabilities).
DUTIES :
Provide performance monitoring and evaluation services. Develop performance information plan. Facilitation of performance information. Monitoring of programmes performance.
Monitoring and verification of projects. Facilitate performance and projects evaluation. Supervise subordinates and utilise resources (human and physical) in accordance with relevant directives and legislation.
