    Assistant New Business Consultant

    Job Description

    • The Assistant New Business Consultant will be responsible for new business quoting, administration and query resolution. They also ensure that the new business administration is managed and measured.

    Business Development:

    • Build relationships with the business development consultants and their stakeholders

    Produce Quotes

    • Determine that the correct and complete information has been provided to successfully create a quote
    • Review quote and ensure that the details accurately reflect
    • Communicate details of quote to BDC for review and sign off
    • Communicate quote to Intermediary
    • Consistently meet or exceed the agreed Service Level
    • Capture all new quotes on to the Sales tracker on the same day as the quote is created
    • Ensure an adequate pipeline of new client business opportunities are generated and administered to ensure service levels are met and maintained
    • Establish, maintain and support the business development consultants and their clients
    • Manage and Maintain Intermediary Relationships
    • Onboard, educate and train new intermediary
    • Maintain intermediary relationship information and administration requirements
    • Build / nurture intermediary relationship
    • Service and manage end to end escalations
    • Work with operations to resolve end to end processes

    Qualifications
    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Advanced MS Excel Skills

    PERSON DETAILS: WORK EXPERIENCE
    REQUIRED

    • At least 1-2 years’ experience in the healthcare Industry and /or Short-Term Insurance Industry
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a data analytics role

    PREFERRED

    • 3 years Sales Administration Experience
    • Relevant experience in the business unit described above
