Job Summary

Our esteemed Nationwide Packaging Business Client is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager in Nelspruit.

As the Branch Manager, you will oversee a diverse range of responsibilities at the helm of our Nelspruit branch. From managing our dedicated staff to ensuring efficient sales, warehousing, stock management, procurement, fleet and logistics management, facilities management, and administration, your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement in business development, compliance, cost management, and profitability.

Qualification and Experience

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the packaging industry
• Minimum of 8 years of experience and knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and safety regulations.
• Familiar with health and safety regulations and compliance procedures
• Familiar with labour laws, union regulations, and industrial relations practices
