Associate Director Performance & Project Management - RTSM
At Signant Health, we help bring life-changing clinical trials to patients faster. We’re looking for an experienced RTSM leader to join our Global Project Management team as an Associate Director, overseeing a high-performing group of Global Project Managers.
In this role, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop a team delivering RTSM projects to global customers.
Act as the first point of escalation, ensuring proactive issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Drive portfolio performance, including utilization, billability, and project financial health.
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring delivery to agreed KPIs.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience delivering RTSM projects in clinical trials, life sciences, or pharma.
Demonstrated line management experience, leading and motivating project teams.
Strong understanding of project management principles and technology-enabled services.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
