Job Description & Summary

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges;
• Train, coach, and supervise staff and encourage them to take ownership of their development;

• Compliance with PwC audit methodology and report writing.

Essential skills and experience:

• Specialist industry knowledge, IFRS experience;
• PwC audit methodology;
• Display sound leadership skills;
• Computer literate with all PwC software;
• Ability to market our services and to establish contacts in the market place;
• Self – motivated;
• Attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Sound interpersonal and management skills;
• Ability to multi-task and
• Analytical and solution driven.

Minimum years experience required:

• Completion of Traineeship and 2 - 4 years relevant post Traineeship experience.
