Description

• Accurately diagnose faults found on vehicles.
• Carry out required repairs correctly to ensure vehicles do not return with the same faults
• Ensure assembly safety and security procedures are adhered to at all times
• Assist with mechanical repairs
• Report additional faults to Group Leader/Team Leader found in the protocol
• Work accurately and tirneously to achieve both efficiency and productivity to the required standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate
• N3 with a trade test certificate as an Auto Electrician

Skills:

• Good communication (oral and written) &
• Interpersonal relations skills
• Customer focused with a results driven approach
• Pro-active, highly motivated, and pay attention to detail
• Work independently through being a team player
• Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations
• Ability to work on standby

Experience:

• Trade Certificate experience in the heavy commercial vehicle industry 
• 5 years MAN and/or VW heavy commercial vehicles - 1 year
