What We Are Looking For

We need a highly skilled AWS professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for automation, security, and cloud optimization. You should have:

• Extensive AWS Knowledge – Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and IAM.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Hands-on experience with tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
• Networking Expertise – Deep understanding of VPC design, subnets, security groups, and VPNs.
• Security Best Practices – Experience with identity and access management, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
• Monitoring and Optimization – Familiarity with AWS tools such as CloudWatch and CloudTrail for high availability and performance tuning.
• Scripting and Automation – Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and resource management.
• Agile Working Model – Ability to take on additional responsibilities as outlined in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.

Preferred Skills That Will Set You Apart

• Containerization and Orchestration – Experience with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Amazon ECS/EKS.
• DevOps Practices – Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and collaboration tools.
• Database Management – Knowledge of AWS database services such as RDS and DynamoDB, along with database optimization strategies.
• Cost Management – Experience with AWS cost management tools and strategies for optimizing cloud spending.
• Multi-Cloud Experience – Exposure to Azure or Google Cloud and an understanding of multi-cloud architectures.
• Disaster Recovery Planning – Ability to implement disaster recovery strategies for business continuity.

Experience and Qualifications Required

• 10 years of experience in software development.
• Integration experience across multiple technologies.
• Web and digital project experience is an advantage.
• Strong background in implementing and monitoring solutions.
• Agile working experience.
