Growthonics helps some of the world's top startups to FTSE 500 companies build a reliable flow of B2B leads and qualified meetings. We achieve this through a combination of the best talent and use of the best sales tech. We have a global team Headquartered in London and offices in Stockholm, Helsinki, Johannesburg and Dhaka.
You will be responsible for crafting effective outbound email, Linkedin, video and call messaging sequences/scripts to move their prospects through the sales funnel to an appointment. You’ll monitor and analyse campaigns for effectiveness, and work with the client to optimise calls to action, language, and tone.
You will be responsible for the health and happiness of your book of global accounts working directly with CEOs, Founders, Sales & Marketing leaders. We measure success with relevant key success indicators.

Experience:
(2-5 years) as an B2B copywriter, Marketing Rep, Sales Development Rep.
You juggle several concurrent projects without breaking a sweat. Our clients run simultaneous campaigns, so the organisation of your portfolio is key.
You have a natural curiosity for how things work and to understand why campaigns perform the way they do.
Keen to learn - You pride yourself on being a quick study, and enjoy learning about different industries, businesses, outbound strategies and copywriting techniques.
(Bonus) Bachelor's degree, deep knowledge of the sales funnel, previous SDR experience, or experience with outbound sales programs and lead generation.
