    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

    • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business-to-business accounts, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
    • Engaging with existing clients on a daily basis to ensure they receive exceptional service and support.
    • Guiding businesses in optimising their utilisation of our site to achieve outstanding results.
    • Promptly and effectively resolving any queries or concerns from our business clients, utilising various communication channels such as phone and email.
    • Providing valuable advice and recommendations to clients, empowering them to enhance their experience and achieve better outcomes.
    • Proactively contacting clients in accordance with our company's service level agreements and Client Response Promise, demonstrating our commitment to proactive and timely communication.
    • Organise your workload efficiently to ensure task lists and targets are consistently achieved.

    Personal Requirements

    • Experience working in a non-scripted environment, showing adaptability and quick thinking.
    • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey ideas and information.
    • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a team.
    • Highly motivated and driven, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional business client services.
    • Previous experience in providing client services in the business-to-business industry advantageous. 
    • Polite and professional telephone manner, ensuring respectful and courteous interactions.
    • Excellent literacy skills, enabling clear and accurate communication.
    • Proficiency in PC skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
    • Proven track record of delivering excellent client service, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.

    Experience and Qualification

    • Business-to-business client services experience advantageous.
    • Account management/ recruitment experience advantageous. 
    • Working experience in a non-scripted office environment
    • Must have Matric/Grade 12
    • Clear criminal record
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Computer literate - familiar with Microsoft Office
