B2B Sales Exective at Ntice Sourcing Solutions

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the company's training programmes / products to Companies who have Learning and Development and / or Training Divisions as well as to the Learning and Development Sector

• Research, identify and develop new business opportunities within Corporates that have established Training and Development Departments
• Develop sales strategies and plans to grow the company portfolio
• Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
• Nurture leads from beginning to end through the Sales Lifecycle
• Meet with clients face to face / on-line meetings
• Face2Face and online presentations

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Matric
• Relevant qualification in Sales and / or Marketing Management advantageous
• Proven sales track record of between 3 - 5 years, selling products or services within the Learning and Development / Training sectors
• B2B sales experience is a pre-requisite including selling to HR and Training Managers
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
