BEES Adoption & Digitization Strategy Operation/ Coordination: Review, adjust and execute field sales strategies to achieve partner objectives and BEES maturity.
Contact Strategy Diagnosis & operation: overview and guidance of partner contact strategy, including Phase 1, 2 and 3 operation and link and match account processes in coordination with Technical Account Managers. Coordinate RTM planning and execute amongst partners when needed.
Processes Adaptation and Optimization: Continuously review and improve field sales processes and routines to enhance efficiency and productivity .Help partners standardization amongst all operations.
Coverage & Execution Tasks Strategy: Guide, review and coordinate with partner portfolio strategy and POCM visibility in retail stores to meet partner goals using BEES Force.
Customer Service Strategy Definition: Identify and define partner’s customer main needs to be solved and adapt them to BEES Care resolution flows. Coordination with BEES Care Team
Partner Team Change Management: Provide guidance to field sales teams leadership on how their roles change and how to use the BEES Ecosystem and data to boost results and enhance field sales teams performance.
Data Analysis & Action Plan Proposals: Analyze partner sales and productivity data (Customer, Force & Grow) and generator insights to identify opportunities to improve BEES Adoption & digitization.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Revenue Management, Rewards, Grow, Care, Change Management, KAMs, TAMs, COEs & product development, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Meetings & Reporting: Prepare and present weekly reports & monthly committees on field sales performance to partner leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role in the CPG industry.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and retail environments.
Understanding of Customer Service processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using sales and data analysis tools and software.
