BI Team Leader

An extremely agile, multicultural, fast paced and entrepreneurial international Financial Services company has a exciting role available for a BI Team Leader. The role will manage multiple teams and be responsible for business data and reporting tools and the analysis of information in order to identify actionable insights

Responsibilities:
- To conduct business analytics in order to monitor and improve business processes
- To create and oversee accurate business requirements definitions
- To oversee both the analyst and developer teams
- To develop and build and oversee appropriate data models
Requirements:
- Related Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering
- People management experience
- 5-7 years business intelligence experience, ideally across both the developer and analyst divisions
