    Branch Administration

    Main job purpose

    • General Office Administration & daily filing of documents
    • Stocking of vehicles on Evolve.
    • Requesting of Natis documents
    • Issue orders to suppliers
    • Prepare payment requisition for external purchases, settlements and creditors
    • Invoicing/ Releasing of vehicles
    • Administration of NCO-form procedure
    • All Ad hoc duties from time to time Prospecting
    • Follow up on debtors
    • Weekly stock take
    • Petty Cash & Fuel Account
    • Daily/monthly reports

     

    Critical job requirements

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • Must have a valid drivers licence

    Knowledge

    Knowledge of creditors and debtors processes

    • Knowledge of AS400 will be an advantage
    • Knowledge of invoicing processes

    Experience

    • 1-3 years experience in a finance related role
    • 1-3 years administrative experience
