    Brand & Innovation Marketeer - La Lucia

    WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

    You will be responsible to

    • Drive Business Growth Targets focusing on Top 10
    • Enhance Rosana Happiness / NPS via delivering Purpose led brand content & Assets & Innovations
    • Brand salience (Brand Health Check where relevant)
    • Incremental Turn Over / OTIF for Innovations

    WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

    • Owns portfolio positioning, sustainable growth strategy and strategy into action informed by real-time insights. Creates Purpose-led brand content for Innovations & top 10’s:
    • Crafts Brand Led content for BET, including all relevant assets for key touchpoints (including website/Product Experience pages)
    • UBER Selling Stories, Killer Demos and Sampling
    • Provide claims, search keywords, and creates sensorial content for product pages
    • Ensure product campaign, messages are integrated: Integrated into the content calendar (works with Content Manager/Operator Experience)
    • Map product messages with the different specific journey stages (works with Campaign & Automation Manager)
    • Sales enablement

    Experiences & Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of working experience in similar function in FMCG
    • Proven track record in Marketing, preferably in Brand & Portfolio management in Foodservice Industry
    • Digital & Social media
