The role involves managing the brand and programme marketing portfolio, translating their elements into actionable go-to-market plans, and execution of marketing campaigns. Collaboration with external agencies, for both digital and traditional media, and ensuring adherence to Anova's brand guidelines.
Additionally, you'll consult with stakeholders, stay updated on marketing trends, obtain concept approvals, and provide campaign success and challenge reports to the Head of Marketing and Senior Management.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns
- Conceptualizing of campaigns of programme/project, internal and external.
- Gathering of information to execute campaigns.
- Scheduling timelines of campaign completion and/or execution.
Project Management
- Assess needs analysis.
- Define project scope.
- Define timelines.
- Identify required resources.
- Ensure delivery of executables
Stakeholder Management
- Marketing campaign brief management.
- Collaborate with marketing team and senior management across all projects, and programmes.
Brand and CI
- Apply branding guidelines for Anova and its programmes.
- Managing the roll out of the brand identity.
- Ensures the correct application of funder identities and logos.
- Define the platforms best suited for the events.
- Identify traffic delivery methods for brand and internal marketing.
Reporting
- Report all the brand and programme campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis to the Head of Marketing and the senior management team.
- Oversee quality control of marketing campaign creatives.
Any other tasks as agreed with line manager.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any related qualification.
- 10 – 15 years’ experience in marketing.
- Driver’s license.
- Experience within Public Health sector will be advantageous.
- Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise multiple, time sensitive projects.
