An innovative brand vision company is seeking a part-time Project Manager for a remote (50-60 hours per month) role, to join their agile team of professionals. The company specialises in creating meaningful brand strategies and experiences by collaborating with a network of talented suppliers and industry experts. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project planning and delivery in addition to managing timelines and budgets while ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and run weekly client alignment / workshop sessions
Prepare meeting agendas and capture minutes and actions
Follow up with specialist team members to ensure work is progressing on time
Liaise with design and strategy specialists and ensure work remains aligned with priorities
Keep track of deliverables, timelines and next steps
Ensure the client feels informed, supported and confident in progress
Identify risks, delays or scope drift early and raise them proactively
Maintain continuity across the project so that no details are lost between meetings
Review monthly content plan and confirm all content is ready and scheduled
Follow up on posting and delivery timelines
Light client communication and status tracking
Ensure monthly work is completed smoothly and on time
Requirements
Experience in project coordination, account management or client services
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Can confidently lead client calls and keep conversations focused
Warm, calm and professional in communication
Enjoys creating structure and clarity
Can work independently and proactively
Comfortable working with senior creative and strategic team members
Has an interest in branding, communication, strategy or financial-sector businesses
