    Broker Consultant

    • Our client is seeking a highly skilled Broker Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with independent financial advisors, acting as the crucial link between the organisation and brokers in the field. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to promote life insurance products, onboard new brokers, provide training and support, and contribute to market intelligence.

    What you'll do:

    • As a Broker Consultant, your primary role will be to build and maintain relationships with independent financial advisors. You will be responsible for promoting life insurance products, identifying and onboarding new brokers, providing training and support, and contributing to market intelligence. Your ability to explain complex ideas simply will be key in helping brokers understand where the products fit best for their clients. You will also play a vital role in relationship management by understanding each broker’s business and tailoring support accordingly.
    • Promote the company’s life insurance products to brokers.
    • Identify and onboard new brokers to grow distribution.
    • Provide product training to brokers - how they work, features, and benefits.
    • Keep brokers updated on changes in underwriting, pricing, or regulations.
    • Help brokers structure insurance solutions for specific client needs.
    • Build strong, ongoing relationships with top-performing brokers.
    • Act as a point of contact between the broker and internal departments like underwriting or operations.
    • Gather feedback from brokers to inform product development or improvements.
