We attend to every aspect of the insurance process from start to end. We design our own unique range of products and cover, which we’re constantly developing and improving. This means we can offer clients cover in almost every conceivable area of insurance — from cars, cranes and drones to vacation homes and everything in-between and now we are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking problem solver to join TEAM ORANGE!

Qualifications:

• NQF 5 or above
• FAIS Compliant
• Regulatory examination
• Computer literate
• Must be currently licensed for advice

Job description:

• Processing and handling of Commercial and Domestic clients. New business and renewals.

The above will consist of the following criteria:

• Writing new business including needs analysis and record of advice
• Renewing all portfolio policies with record of advice
• Following up on outstanding information / documentation in order to sign new business/renew policies
• Involvement in activities and discussions relating new business/renewals and claims
• Ensuring ongoing feedback to client
• Ensuring clients are treated fairly
• Professional dealings with the clients
• Excellent service in accordance with the company guidelines
• Building relationships with clients
• Client retention
• Keep up to date with company products
• Travel to and from clients
• Managing a portfolio of clients
