    Business and Data Analyst Graduate

    You’ll take on business-critical roles that offer amazing insights into our organisation and especially working closely with our Supply Chain Analytics Lead. You’ll learn about the synergies and challenges that come with delivering optimum value to the business and the customer. Meanwhile, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to network with senior leaders and graduates along with bespoke training programmes to aid your development.

    What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?  

    • Gain awareness and understanding of the multiple functions including internal continuous improvement, optimising internal processes as well as supporting all senior supply chain analysts, business unit management and steps involved in an end-to-end supply chain, while learning about the synergies and challenges faced when seeking to deliver optimum value to the business and the customer.
    • Be involved in ensuring Haleon Consumer Healthcare makes the right products and delivers them to the right place at the right time.
    • Work in and with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.

    You’ll be excited by the thought of:

    • Being part of a new Consumer Healthcare organisation
    • Process improvements through Supply chain studies to determine optimal strategies, resource requirements and cost benefits, simulations and model building to determine the impact of proposed change initiatives on service levels and costs, data analysis to determine key trends which drive inefficient use of resources and cost, investigate internal processes to identify areas of waste and ways of improving, streamlining and automating administrative processes
    • Standardising, updating, automating reports, building accurate KPI and activity reports with the aim of measuring resource performance, identifying areas of concern, communicating, and presenting reports
    • Learning about the steps in an end-to-end supply chain, as well as the synergies and challenges involved
    • Taking part in projects in data analysis, reporting, process mapping, queries, and business support
    • Analyse resource data, identify and investigate any irregularities and provide relevant information to stakeholders
    • Data Analysis reporting using MS Excel, PowerBi and SQL
    • Having 0the chance to deepen your leadership and supply chain technical skills

    To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:  

    Education required:

    • A Degree in International Business/Commerce/Computer Science with a major in Business Analytics, Data Analysis/Management, Information Systems, or International Finance is a must.
    • Good academic results are essential, we will not consider anyone below 65%. Please note that you MUST provide your academic transcripts together with your CV when applying or your application will not be reviewed. 
    • Honours/master’s degree in related field is a plus

    Other requirements:  

    • Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and ability to summarize and present complex information into simple models
    • Good business understanding and financial acumen
    • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Passion for technology and innovation
    • Self-motivation and willingness to learn
    • Creativity, proactiveness and strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Experience with PowerBI and/or Tableau Software is a plus
