Job Description

• Provide Telecom CRM/CBS&SGOCS/VAS/Mediation/etc technical testing services for the product, verifying the functions confirmed and required from carrier customers.
• Feature check, simulate the day ife scenarios in the system to verify the logic and performance can match the expecta tions.
• Basic skis to ind out the root and analyze the reason why the system is not working in a proper way.

Professional Knowledge&Business Skill

• Understanding of technical support operation model and processes;
• General knowledge about IT / telecometworks and services related skills Advanced
• knowledge of Linux/Oracle database and the No-Graph system;
• Experience on Telecom CRM/CBS/OCS/Rating/VAS/Banik system support wil be a plus.
