Feature check, simulate the day ife scenarios in the system to verify the logic and performance can match the expecta tions.
Basic skis to ind out the root and analyze the reason why the system is not working in a proper way.
Professional Knowledge&Business Skill
Understanding of technical support operation model and processes;
General knowledge about IT / telecometworks and services related skills Advanced
knowledge of Linux/Oracle database and the No-Graph system;
