Business Systems Analyst at Xcede

The Business Systems Analyst will lead technical implementation projects from end-to-end and IT workstreams in global business projects. The BSA will be in charge of reviews, edits, and agrees detailed requirements, specifications, system design, business processes and recommendations, related to proposed solution.

Requirements:

• Univeristy Degree, Tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant working experience
• +2 years' experience in a contact centre IT environment
• Working experience with Genesys Engage or Genesys Cloud CCAAS platforms
• Working experience with MS Azure/AWS/Google Hyperscalers
• Intermediate knowledge of Citrix and Citrix Cloud virtual desktop environment
• Intermediate knowledge of Network security and architecture (MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN)
• Strong proficiency in English language (written and verbal communication skills)
