Camp Hostess – Dikhololo at Beekman Group

Key Performance Areas:

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Handle reception duties, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about the resort and its facilities.
• Manage reservations, bookings and guest information.
• Handle telephone calls, emails and general administrative duties.
• Assist guests with requests, queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Conduct camp/venue inspections and ensure areas are maintained to the required standard.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
• Assist with activities and events when required.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, presentation and customer service.
• Perform any other reasonable duties required by management.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:  

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, tourism, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, professional and confident personality.
• Strong customer-service skills with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Well-presented with a professional appearance.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Computer literate with good attention to detail.
• Reliable, energetic and able to work independently.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy resort environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A valid driver’s licence would be an advantage.
