Support CEM use case developmentfor marketing campaign purpose, and help operator to improve service quality, user experience, or DOU / MOU and revenve.
Analyse data output report support BA (Business Architect) to present to operator, and then follow up the action and evaluating the campaign results, networkservice quality, or user experience improvements
Professional Knowledge&Business Skill
Have background knowledge of telecommunication (PS Core / CS core /IMS Core).
Familiar with SQL Script of Sybase IQ, Hadoop SparksQL and python
Familiar with Linux command and shellscript
Have Huawei SmartCare CEM (Customer Experience Management) delivery experienceis preferred.
