Build an end-to-end change strategy, aligned to the AbInBev change management methodology, to meet the project objectives including a milestone flight plan.
Conduct a Change Impact Assessment that articulates the detailed people impacts of the transformation and highlights risks for the project.
Create and continuously update the stakeholder matrix and persona profiles. Identify key leadership stakeholders and create leadership roadmap to ensure buy in and change commitment.
Create and define a detailed communication and engagement plan for the program or project.
Identify and agree on change success measures and metrics for the program. Adoption approach is identified and agreed with key stakeholders. Conduct surveys Identify utilization and productivity reports where required for the projects.
Create change agent networks where required. Enable change agents through knowledge transfer and training. Create routines and key milestone activities for change agent network. Measure and manage change agent effectiveness and mitigate any risks.
Develop the change training approach. Identify all training requirements through a thorough training analysis. Ensure training content is developed in line with AbInBev methodology and standards. Where required liaise with training vendors to develop training material. Ensure evaluation of knowledge transfer as part of the readiness criteria.
From time to time required to build training material, reports and dashboards as well as conduct change management training.
Must be able to create communication and infographics.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in Change Management, HR or business
Embodies the AB InBev culture and 10 principles
Flexible and agile
Leadership & project management capabilities
Practical experience in change management or similar positions advantageous
Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a cost-conscious and practical approach to using time and resources
Works with energy and enthusiasm to solve business problems
Must be able to work under pressure and executes with discipline and a sense of urgency
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of the organization
Ability to work in and understand multicultural environments, interacting with various Country, BU, Zone and Global teams
A confident communicator with good oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to support, coach and advise the People function on change management
