The Change Management Analyst supports transformation initiatives across Global Customer Operations, with a focus on helping teams successfully adopt new ways of working, including the use of generative AI tools. Reporting to the Global Operations Director of Change Management & People Experience, this role partners with stakeholders across the business to ensure change initiatives deliver value, encourage engagement, and support a positive employee experience.
This is a global role based in South Africa and is suited to someone who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and supporting people through change.
Responsibilities
Assess the impact of business, process, and role changes and identify potential risks or resistance
Support the development and execution of change plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
Create clear, accessible communication materials that explain the purpose and impact of change initiatives
Partner with Learning & Development and project teams to support effective training and adoption
Gather and analyse feedback to track adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of change initiatives
Provide guidance and support to managers and teams during periods of transition
Document insights, lessons learned, and best practices to support continuous improvement
Help ensure change activities are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with employee well-being and engagement
Requirements
A degree or equivalent practical experience in organizational development, business, human resources, or a related discipline
Experience supporting transformation or technology-enabled change initiatives
Familiarity with change management frameworks or methodologies is an advantage.
Experience with common workplace tools such as Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Experience in change management, organizational development, business analysis, or a related field
Ability to plan, support, and deliver change initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
AI-fluent –Use AI as a first-tool thought partner (knowing when to rely on it and when to apply human judgment), understands the language of data and how AI systems use it, and proactively identify new AI capabilities for change adoption
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to analyse feedback and translate insights into practical recommendations
