In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and visually appealing pastry dishes for our guests. You will work closely with our Head Pastry Chef to develop new menus and recipes, while also ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation are met. As a Chef de Partie Pastry, you will also be responsible for managing and training junior pastry chefs, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry and a strong background in the culinary industry. You must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent time management skills. Experience in a high-volume kitchen, such as a cruise ship or hotel, is preferred.
