    Chief Global Executive

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Global Executive to lead our strategic portfolio of initiatives, drive global expansion, and ensure alignment across all business functions. This role combines exceptional leadership, strategic oversight, and a deep understanding of international markets to scale our organization and maintain operational excellence.
    • The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in corporate strategy, cross-functional coordination, and global business leadership. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team, steering our operations and growth across geographies, including South Africa, the United States, and Mexico.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Coordination and Leadership
    • Manage and align strategic initiatives across business functions, including product development and execution.
    • Collaborate with the CEO and executives to define and implement priorities for global business growth.
    • Lead corporate strategy initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop executive dashboards and reporting systems to track and communicate progress on key metrics.
    • Global Collaboration and Market Expansion
    • Support international expansion strategies, including market entry in the U.S. and Mexico.
    • Facilitate communication and operational alignment across global teams.
    • Organize international meetings, events, and strategy sessions, ensuring seamless cross-geography collaboration.
    • Provide oversight for office setup and operational processes in new markets.
    • Operational Excellence
    • Drive high-level project management for strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
    • Develop and implement frameworks to ensure consistent operational standards across all geographies.
    • Oversee financial and budgetary planning to optimize resource allocation and investment decisions.
    • Product Oversight
    • Act as the central point for product-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage product vision, development, and launch activities.
    • Monitor product performance, recommending improvements and identifying growth opportunities.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum); MBA or equivalent international experience highly advantageous.
    • Extensive experience in corporate strategy, product management, and cross-functional leadership.
    • Proven track record in managing and scaling operations across multiple geographies.
    • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
    • Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly in global settings.
    • International Experience.
    • You will be responsible for preparing and sharing investor materials to attract funding for our company. Additionally, you will manage and oversee investor contracts.
