Chief Investment Officer at Robert Walters

• A leading financial services organisation providing stockbroking and investment management services is seeking a Chief Investment Officer to lead their investment team in Johannesburg.

Key qualifications and experience required for the Chief Investment Officer:

• Postgraduate Degreein Finance, Investments, Actuarial Sciences or similar
• Fully qualified CFA
• 10 – 15 years’ experiencewithin the investment sector
• Current or prior experience within a securities/stockbroking business will be highly preferred
• Provenleadership experience
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategiesandequity research
• Systems knowledge:Bloomberg, FactSet, EquitiesRT (to name a few)

Key duties of the Chief Investment Officer:

• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's business goals
