• You’ll lead and optimise daily operations to ensure projects are executed on time and to the highest standards. Working directly with the leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in achieving ambitious growth goals and scaling project delivery across Southern Africa.
• Your operational leadership will span the complete project lifecycle, from initial design to post-installation maintenance, while driving compliance with key industry standards.
• From enhancing client engagement strategies to overseeing budgets and ensuring project profitability, you’ll also manage a high-performing team and build the company’s reputation for excellence in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need

• To be considered, you’ll need a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in the renewable energy industry.
• You’ll have demonstrated success in managing solar or similar commercial energy projects, with a focus on profitability and team development. Knowledge of South African regulations (SANS, NERSA) is essential, as is experience in structuring Power Purchase Agreements.
• Your strong decision-making skills and ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution will make you the ideal fit.
