Settlement, claims finalisation, compensation Fund business strategies and goals, Directorate goals and performance requirements, PFMA and Treasury Regulations, customer service (Batho Pele Principles), Promotion of Access to Information Act, the Constitution of RSA, Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS), Public Service Act and Regulations, Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COID).
