Job Advert Summary    

• It is the responsibility of the Clerk: CCTV to ensure continuous monitoring of the CCTV cameras, reporting any activities out of the norm and ensuring the continuous uninterupted monitoring of the Warehouse.

Requirements    

• Matric.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Business English: Fluent.
• Previous experience working with Senior Management.
• Ability to work shifts if required.

Duties and Responsibilities    
Perform CCTV duties and reports

• Play back and report all incidents / accidents and near misses on site.
• Download 2 batons, analyze data and give feedback to Loss Control Manager on night patrols.
• Ensure Security personnel reports for duty.
• Test all Security Panic buttons on weekly basis and report faults.
• Report faulty zones on electric fence.

Assist with investigation.

• Provide information requested to Loss Control Manager to assist in disciplinary investigations.

Perform training and administrative tasks

• Train new security staff in terms of gate procedures, alcohol procedures and completing of documentation.
• Order and store seal books, ring seals and strap seals.
