Job Description
Main Purpose of the Role
Handles all master data aspects of COD customers for Sasko Bakeries, e.g. customer master data, creating of customer on SAP, process customer COD’s within SLA, resolution of queries, verify customers according to relevant member lists as well as all other customer master data fields. Reports to a Supervisor in a centralised environment.
Accountabilities
Administer customer master data on SAP
Create COD’s; Cash in Advance and Driver accounts for Sasko Bakeries;
Validate all customer master data fields for Sasko Bakeries
Administer general customer data – all divisions
Customer classification
Customer market segments
Partner data
Validate Customer pricing hierarchies all customers vs member lists
General fields of customer master data
Monitor customer workflow requests and ensure adhering to SLA’s
Validate all CRM customer master data calls
Assist with monitoring Information Steward rules
