Purpose of Job

• To contribute to providing administrative support to an allocated team, to promote administrative efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Key Accountabilities

• To perform the following Daily tasks related to the interface in the work management process in the Vehicle service centre;
• Liaising with clients and planning, regarding the scoping, scheduling and receiving of their vehicles;
• Co-ordinate the pre-service and post-service/maintenance inspections with QC in the morning and afternoons;
• Daily walk-down and reporting back on progress of vehicles inside the workshop;
• Liase with the external service provider on the progress of work performed by them;
• Update daily spreadsheets with information regarding vehicle histories and completing daily reports;
• Ensuring smooth process flow between the planners and the internal garage maintenance teams.                                                                                              

Formal Education

• High School / School Diploma or similar

Working Experience

• Experience: 2+ relevant years

Additional Requirements

• Drivers License (code 08 or E)
