Requirements :

• Matric plus an NQF level 6/7 South African Qualification Authority qualification in secretarial studies, public administration/business administration/or any professional qualification in one or more areas of relevant professional knowledge about this position. Any higher qualification will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 to 2 years' experience in the provision of project administrative and management support. Valid driver's licence

Duties :

• To provide effective and efficient records management services in line with the National Archives and Records Service of South Africa Act (Act 43 of 1996), ensuring proper classification, safe-keeping, disposal, and retrieval of records for audit and compliance purposes.
