Clerk: Supply Chain Management MN 3904/25 1

- Qualification Higher National Certificate , Matric , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience
- Location Gauteng
- Job Field Administration / Facilities , Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12. National Diploma in Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting, or equivalent qualification. Valid Driver’s License will be an added advantage. Computer Literate (MS Office, Solar, SmartGov or equivalent eProcurement system).
- Knowledge and understanding of the MFMA and Supply Chain Management prescripts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
DUTIES
- Provide a comprehensive administrative support function within the Supply Chain Management Section.
- Assist with the administration of purchase requisitions and sundry vouchers. Implement proper record keeping of Supply Chain Management processes and documentation.
- Liaising with suppliers and end users. Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management (Supervisor) from time to time.
