Client Operations Manager at AES Africa

This is an incredible 12 month contract opportunity to join the most highly regarded Investment company in South Africa. A year in this role will open up massive opportunities, and offers the successful applicant exposure to a world-class Client Operations team.

This is a critical role, supporting the daily servicing of clients, across operations, administration, reporting and relationship management.

Role :

• Working closely with clients - newly acquired, pre-existing
• Main point of contact on queries, resolutions, reporting
• Key stakeholders include: Client Managers, Portfolio Managers, Investment Ops staff
• There will be close working relationships required with Administration (back Office), and Client Managers.
• CRM systems management and updates
• Process Improvement

Successful Candidate:

• Must hold a relevant degree - B Comm, Business Sci or CA
• Client relationship management experience within a financial services company
• 3 years of back office exposure
• Understanding of Financial markets
